Off-white components across the mid-foot and on the tongue work in-tandem with the blueish tones to create an arrangement reminiscent of the sashiko styles seen from the brand over the last year. A “72” insignia appears on the lateral heel, a call-out to the Eugene, Ore. trails in June 1972, during which Nike Running made a name for itself via the Waffle “Moon Shoe”. Outsoles on the Infinity Run 2 boast an amber hue that complements the off-white React midsole well.
