The latest arrives in the form of a “White/University Red/Black” colorway delivering a “Twist” on one of the model’s original ensembles.
As with the arrangement Michael Jordan wore throughout the 1996-97 NBA season, the pair’s leather base indulges in a plain “White” tone. Lizard skin-reminiscent overlays across the profiles on the forthcoming take, however, also partake in the simple hue instead of donning stark red contrast. Tongue and collar lining, as well as accents throughout the upper and outsole, boast “University Red” flair, but it doesn’t make the same statement as the original release’s sole units and mudguard did.
