Crewnecks, satin varsity jackets and fleece hoodies make up some of the commemorative capsule’s apparel options, but the headliners are undoubtedly the shell-toes. Slated to arrive in sizes for the whole family, the two propositions keep things versatile, but fresh in their “Core Black” and “Footwear Lucid” palettes. As the sneakers mark a milestone achievement, they’re built with a closer-to-original shape, and feature high-quality leather uppers. The former pair commemorates the late Jam Master Jay: The DJ’s portrait replaces traditional adidas branding on the tongue. Its co-star proudly boasts Run-DMC’s logo at the same place, while hits of red animate both options’ heel tabs and profile accents.
