SMILEY Delivers Good Vibes on the Reebok Shaq Attaq | Brain Dead And Reebok To Release Their Collaborative Pump Court and Beatnik On September 15th

Teased about a month back via Kyle Ng’s social media, Brain Dead’s upcoming Reebok Pump Court is set to make its official release at select retailers. Revealed against Victorian reminiscent artwork, the pair along with a Beatnik complement is being readied with loud visuals, eclectic graphics, and all the makings of Ng’s personal design signature.

Clad in Brain Dead’s newly co-branded head logo, the Pump stands front and center of a loud, multi-color backdrop. Toe boxes accent with bold usage of animal fur, skor the wrap of synthetic fixtures that complement with cream hue. See-through panels finish the toe cap alongside, further revealing the print underneath, while the tongue departs by way of pastel blue — its fabric shaded identical to the leather at the heel as well as the lateral edge of the fastened strap. Vibrant yellow supports outfit underneath with subtlety, paired next to larger brown overlays, saturated green vents, and an underlying forest-toned mesh. In departure, the Beatnik is a bit more reserved, favoring a navy suede along its forefoot. Behind “Brain Dead” marked straps, the same animal print from the aforementioned is re-used, reupholstered underneath pink straps and yellow hardware.

Updated (9/10/2020): The Brain Dead x Reebok Collection is releasing on Tuesday, 9/15. Dropping alongside the Pump Court will be a Beatnik sandal that is styled with navy toe boxes, animal fur mid-foot paneling, and tan heel straps.
