Shawn Kemp’s latest Kamikaze II favors a full-leather construction instead of a mixed suede and leather build. “White” overtakes the bulk of the shoe, and is complemented by Vector accents across the profiles. Unlike on the silhouette’s standard version, the wavy detailing indulges in a melted aesthetic commonly associated with psychedelic experiences. Hits of vibrant blue, orange, yellow, and green further contribute to the trippy arrangement, which appears most prominently on the heel and spills onto the midsole. Tongues on right shoes are stamped with a similarly-styled peace symbol, just as both shoes’ sock-liners. Underfoot, semi-translucent tread completes the classic Reebok CLASSIC.
A release date is still unknown, but this Kamikaze II is likely to arrive to Reebok.com around September 21st to coincide with the International Day of Peace. In the meantime, enjoy a closer look at the pair here below.
