adidas and James Harden are teaming up for a new-look sneaker design that is inspired by the words the perennial all-star lives by, “Brothers Through Everything.” Designed by the Pensole Academy in Oregon, this silhouette features a patterned mesh upper with textured overlays adorned in Burgundy with hits of yellow for some additional flare. The aforementioned Pensole Academy held a contest for aspiring designers, with the winner earning a limited edition Harden sneaker as well as a job with adidas. While the Trefoil Brand’s auxiliary fan base patiently waits for the Harden Vol. 2, this silhouette slightly differs from the construction of the Vol. 1, meaning the Rocket combo guard’s second signature might be here soon.
