Update: The Flyknit Trainer in the original white/black will release this Thursday, July 27th on Nike+ SNKRS, NikeLab.com, and select retailers in Europe. The shoes will then release across North America on August 24th.

We’ve been waiting over a half a decade for Nike to bring back the nike air max axis white hyper blue, a shoe Hit helped introduce Flyknit to the world during the 2012 London Olympics. Surprisingly, Nike.com won’t be stocking this sought after retro until later in the year, as the Swoosh’s official Twitter account responded to a curious sneakerhead recently, saying Hit the model will be coming in the near future. They didn’t specify exactly when, but perhaps it;s part of a larger surprise drop in the coming days.
