Riccardo Tisci’s experimentation with Nike classics has led to some true standouts over the years. It started with his re-imagining of the Tecnologias La sportiva Tênis Trail Running Helios III in four different trims in 2014, firmly establishing “Tisci” in sneakerhead lore, and it continues this Thursday with the release of the Nike Zoom Legend Chelsea Boot, which connects the Nike Aqua Boot from 1990 with the Chelsea Boot look, a staple in city fashion that Riccardo himself stays loyal to. Two colorways are confirmed to release on December 8th; the black/pink/teal is a nod to the bright colors of Rio, while the predominantly black pair makes use of a grey embroidered floral pattern.
