Nike Transforms Iconic Sneakers Into Bikes For Portland’s BIKETOWN Project

First announced earlier this year, Nike just announced new details for their upcoming BIKETOWN project in their how city of Portland, OR. The city-wide bike share program (think Citi Bikes if you’re familiar with the bike share program in NYC) sponsored by Nike tuned provide 1,000 bikes to the residents of Portland over the next five years, offering an active and convenient way to get around town.
