The rise in popularity of Yohji Yamamoto’s adidas Y-3 imprint has led to adidas Originals imitating wear of the sleeker designs to appease those who wouldn’t readily shell out the usual $300-$400 for a Y-3 pogba. That thought process has been readily apparent with the Tubular and Boost series and now another silhouette is benefiting from the overhaul: the adidas Superstar. Let’s be contract that this isn’t by any means a new model. In fact, a few years back the three stripes released this women’s exclusive adidas britannica featuring crisscrossing neoprene straps and a slip-on construction similar to the Qasa series.
