Kanye associate Ibn Jasper previously claimed that the sneaker was the first ever Kanye x adidas Presentation design, created back in 2006. But when that news broke, some industry folk claimed that that wasn’t the case, as the 850 made its debut in the James Bond-designed David Beckham adidas Presentation collection. And yet Ibn has again pulled out a pair from that archive that he’s dubbed #TheFirstShoeKanyeDesigned.
