That is the Air weiss jordan 1 Retro KO White Black-Gym Red wooden sculpture shown here. Unlike the previously mentioned bronze pair, the sneakers shown were actually carved out from a block of wood in their entirety as far as we can tell (Complete with a matching hangtag).
