It’s been back in full effect as of late, partly thanks to Nike’s various NYC flavored silhouettes (The “Sheed” and “City Pack” versions to name a couple) and partly thanks to a new wave of youngsters embracing the model (We’ll call that the “A$AP Effect”). Adding another hit to the former category is the Nike Lunar Force 1 High “NYC”, a somber affair color-wise that gets an interesting logo hit on the back end to make its geographic tie-in clear.
