In late May, sneakerheads got a visual taste of the Air Jordan Rainbow as we brought you a first look at one of the most unique Air Jordan promo sets ever created. The that came with the Air Jordan 8 is anchored by a monochromatic color scheme starting with a rich maroon Air Jordan 1, traveling down to Chicago, oranges, greens, and blues, and arriving at the Air Jordan 2010 in the same maroon paintjob; the Collection was a nice reminder that there is still a lot of potential for the future of the Air Jordan Retro in terms of fresh new colorways, although some of our readers weren’t too impressed with the bright colors that are clearly aberrant of the Chicago Bulls heritage.
