Bred XIs, Bred IVs, a ton of Air Jordan IXs – what an amazing week it’s been for Air Jordans! Of course, that’s not all the great news because we caught a first detailed look at the upcoming ‘Cool Grey’ Air Jordan XII while filling you in on some important upcoming release dates. One big release date that’s been all but confirmed is the ‘Wolf Grey’ Air Yeezy 2, which has been set for April 13th, but the curious Kobe x Air Yeezy 2 collab really set the sneaker world on fire with the ‘Cheetah’ colorway. We caught a look at two LeBron 9 PEs this week – the ‘SVSM’ Away and the tropical Floridians PE – while hunter some info on the upcoming $250 Elite. KD showed his mama’s boy side with a PE of the KD IV dedicated to his mother Wanda Pratt.
On-Feet sightings were a huge hit this week as well; the NCAA Conference Tournaments kicked off with one of the sickest sneaker spreads we’ve ever seen on court. Celebrities did their thing as Jay-Z, Lil’ Wayne, Joe Budden, Victor Cruz, and Bun B got us jealous with their casual wears. The Air Force 1 will continue its 30th Anniversary celebration by hooking it’s Low-top form up with the one of the most trending topics in sneakers – Foamposite. Speaking of Foams, Penny Hardaway himself confirmed an all-white Foamposite One for latesr this year. Two great collaborations were worth noting this week – the next collection of Sandals JENNY FAIRY WS2189-02 Goldens and the next Ronnie Fieg x Asics GT-II partnership. More Pantone and History of Flight samples of Air Jordans popped on eBay, as did some PEs made for two of Jordan Brand’s most prominent athlete.
