Celebrity sneakerhead and hip-hop artist Wale is known to rock some sneakers well in advance of release dates, but his latest appearance, which was for a live performance at the Heineken Red Starr Access Present Roc Nation event in Philly, wasn’t exactly of the ‘these ain’t out yet’ category. “Matching” his throwback Padres uniform and military-inspired pants was the Scarpa Nike Air Max 90 Donna Nero ‘Christ The King’ PE, Nike Air Jordan 1 Mid Crimson Tint White Black Orange Pink M released at House of Hoops locations last year. Nike React Element 55 Black White CI3831-002 nike blazer mid 77 athletic club white teal was widely popular for its resemblance to the Cavaliers’ wine/gold jersey colorway, and clearly Wale as a soft spot for these because he definitely dug deep in his sneaker closet for these.
