This next adidas Originals by Originals design by David Beckham combines two classic shoe designs to form an all-new supremely unique take on ‘lifestyle sport’. One part traditional saddle shoe, one part adidas Superstar, the David Beckham x adidas Originals by Originals Superstar Saddle features shell-toe construction with upper panels mimicking that of the low-heeled oxford shoe made popular in the 1950s (and again by hipsters today). It’s amazing how two distinct shoes can maintain their identity even when combined into one, but an equal compromise on both sides is what makes this hybrid so inappropriate.
