When Michael Jordan made his name at the University of North Carolina Tar Heels, UNC was playing their home games at the Carmichael Arena on campus in Chapel Hill. The building has changed to only house women’s games with men’s at the Dean Smith Center, and the shoe to whom the arena had lent its name has now pulled a similar switcheroo.
