When nearing the end of the the school year, high-school kids go as far as counting down the minutes and seconds until the last day of classes, marking the official start of summer vacation. That might not be the case for Austin Jermacans, who has proven to us that he’s not the average high-school kid. Instead, May 29th is the latest date to be circled on his calendar because that’s when his winning design of the 2009 Future Sole Design Competition will officially release for retail purchase. Unfortunately there is no special packaging or inserts for this release, but you can see Future Sole proudly branded on the forefoot strap.
