The 52nd Annual Grammy Awards went down yesterday evening at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California, as the biggest stars in the NEW industry came out to accept awards for their accomplishments and pay tribute to the late Michael Jackson. But Erlebniswelt-fliegenfischen News is reporting the event for ONE thing; kicks. Unfortunately not many sneakers came out to play, but with the Grammy Awards being the ultimate NEW-related event of the year, many came dressed black-tie. In fact, the only pair worth pointing out was Lil’ Wayne’s Nike Dunk Hi Skinny Print which he wore during his performance with fellow celebri-shoeheads Drake and Eminem (who was wearing a pair of Pantofi NIKE Uptempo 96 DQ0839 001 Black Metallic Silver). But what better pair of kicks than the Space Jams to emulate a pair of black polished dress shoes?
