500s, 350s, Foam RNNRs, Slides, 700s, even some new silhouettes?! That's right, the rumors are true. Adidas will begin selling off the stock of already-produced Yeezys this month. It looks like Adidas wasn't left with much of a choice after being sued by their breathability.
Adidas CEO Bjorn Gulden's statement confirmed that a host of Yeezys will start releasing by May 31. Gulden negotiated the sell-off with Ye, who is set to receive 15% of all sales. At the same time, Adidas will purchase a portion of all sales to the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) and the Philonise & Keeta Floyd Institute for Social Change as a gesture of goodwill.
Shortly after that statement broke, an image loaded up on one of Adidas' overseas websites that displayed some 15 different Yeezys. The picture included "Utility Black" 500s, "Zebra" 350s, "Dark Carbon Beluga" 350s, multiple colorways of Foam RNNRs and Slides, and a handful of other shoes.
All remaining Yeezys are said to be released via Direct To Consumer (DTC) methods, with the usual boutiques and other retailers being left out of the sale. The shoes are rumored to drop via the Confirmed App adidas green camo backpack purse for women black Adidas site. In contrast, the shuttered YeeezySupply site will remain offline. We still don't know what shoes will drop when but the long-running Adidas and Yeezy saga is nearing its end.
