The MSCHF AC-1 very closely resembles a traditional orthopedic boot, hence the name: "Air Cast-1". Despite the very distinguishing look this sneaker has, it will feature a flexible rubber, a dual-airbag sole Royal, a Skechers-traction outsole, and even a removable water-resistant bootie. The aesthetic the MSCHF AC-1 is by far the first of its kind and will have you looking like you came straight from the doctor's office.
