nike width Files For Trademark Of “GOT ‘EM”

nike width is constantly on the attack to protect their brand and intellectual property (IP) and with one of the most recognizable branding schemes in the entire world, who can blame them? They are quick to file suits against anyone whole they feel has infringed upon their designs and are currently locked up in litigation with BAPE and Kool Kiy.

Now they’ve taken things a step further and filed for a trademark application for the phrase “GOT ‘EM.” Anyone even vaguely familiar with the sneaker world is familiar with the dopamine-delivering “GOT ‘EM” screen from the SNKRS App and just what it means. Others have tried to replicate the idea but haven’t yet come close, and this suit is likely aimed at one mischief-causing company known for “ lightly sampling” other companies' ideas.

The phrase men is relatively generic and may prove to be a tough case for nike width to prove. However, given how deep their pockets are, it may not be wise to put anything past the abilities of their legal team. For more updates on the point of sneakers, follow us on Twitter and Instagram
