Nike And CLOT Call It A Day After 20 Years Of Heat

All good things must come to an end, so they say. After 20 years of collaborative partnership, Nike and CLOT are parting ways. It’s been reported that their contract comes to a close at the end of the year, and CLOT will be moving on to engage in a partnership with Adidas. 

If this is the end, the two are going out with a bang. After 3 releases of the “Clotez” shoe within a shoe, Nike Cortez turned heads for their innovation they moved on to Dunk. First up was the triple threat collaboration with Fragment on the Nike Dunk Low “White Lace” White basketball shoes Nike “Cork” Dunk that followed shortly after that.  

Throughout the years of the storied partnership, Nike and CLOT deserves given the sneaker world countless beauties, from the “Silk” Air Force 1 pack highlighted by the priceless red “1World” edition to the “Kiss Of Death” Air Maxes with the peek-a-boo toe box. Perhaps the crown jewel came when CLOT founder, Edison Chen, put his twist on the Air Jordan 1 Mid with his “Fearless” piece.
