Not all Jordan Brand athletes and collaborators are members of the major sports franchises or cutting-edge fashion brands. In fact, one of the most prominent on-going collaborations has come from the most unlikely of sources. Nigel Sylvester is an NYC BMX legend and a longtime collaborator with the Jordan Brand. The two Hippie previously worked on Jordan 1s and an Air Ship. This dynamic duo is set to take things to the next level in the form of the Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 4 RM.
Jordan 1 Low Og X Travis Scott Reverse Mocha was the first time Jordan teamed up with the of the shoe made its debut, and now the next evolution of the lineage will bring about a low-top model. The shortened upper will Hippie a unique structure to it but will still incorporate the Jordan 4s signature cage but will incorporate a breathable mesh. The undercarriage will remain intact, with the midsole and outsole identical to its forefathers, and the heel will bear the Nike Air logo with the Jumpman saved for the tongue tag. We don’t yet know if this will be the first of a new Jordan 4 sub-line or a one-off, but this offering will be dressed in Midnight Green, Dark Smoke Grey, University Red, and Metallic Platinum.
