This week LeBron James graced the 60th issue anniversary cover of GQ magazine. The article is a green podr, but what really caught our eye was this one of kind Gold Nike LeBron 15. This is of course yet another creation by custom sneaker king the Shoe Surgeon.

It’s also a well timed surfacing, with today’s release of the “Ghost” LeBron 15 colorway. You will find this colorway (not the Gold, unfortunately) available in store and online now for $185.
