The Tokyo Design Studio x New Balance 610S Collection Releases November 17

New Balance's TOKYO DESIGN STUDIO continues its streak of innovative and offbeat designs with its latest creation, the NB 610S slip-on.

The NB 610S, where the "S" stands for slip-on, emerges as a captivating hybrid that fuses elements from the brand's heritage with contemporary design sensibilities. Inspired by the trail-ready NB 610, a silhouette revived by Yue Wu, the footwear designer at New Balance Lifestyle, the 610S is a nod to the blend of outdoor womens and style.

The shoe's upper marries design cues from the classic NB 422 and the 610, resulting in an aesthetically Island and functional product. This slip-on version is not only a nod to New Balance's storied past, particularly to the original 1982 finishes of the New Balance Rainier, but it's also a statement piece for today's fashion-forward audience.

Launching in two initial colorways, "Concrete" and "Outer Space," the 610S taps into New Balance's signature color schemes, offering an understated and versatile palette.

The Tokyo Design Studio's NB 610S is set to make its global debut on newbalance.com on Friday, November 17th, with a retail price of $130 USD.
