Shoe Palace-Exclusive new balance 327 nb scarlet "Metallic Gold" Draws Inspiration from Fireworks

Along the way, the retailer developed genuine relationships with brands, leading to exclusive launches and collaborations. For its latest such effort, the Mersho family-founded business has teamed up with New Balance to release a "Metallic Gold" NB 1000.

Inspired by the bold, festive nature of fireworks, the project and its accompanying campaign material capture explosive energy. The retro silhouette features a "Metallic Gold/Black" color scheme that sees the former tone animate most overlays, while the latter takes over breathable mesh bases. A rich red appears via lace loops, around the collar, and throughout the trail-informed sole unit, further alluding to the sparks and heat associated with the pyrotechnic spectacle.

Elsewhere, an additional set of green laces represents a firework's fuse, while insoles feature a custom burnt paper graphic that showcases the aftermath of a lit fuse.
