New Balance Heren NB Numeric 425 Maat 38, DTLR and New Balance’s long-standing partnership picks back up in 2023 with a new “GR3YSCALE” colorway of the 990v3.

Some of you know the model as a performance running sneaker. This upcoming iteration balances the scales for the hustlers, runners, and dad-shoe heads, celebrating the spectrum of New Balance heritage with a grey color palette that everyone can appreciate.

DTLR’s June Sanders developed this clean, simple take using multiple shades from the grey scale as an homage to the New Balance sneakers that started it all. The intricacies of the design come from the balance of suede and mesh on the upper, leather details on the tongue, and reflective accents that give the shoe its street appeal. Bright pops of red on the heels and secondary laces signify the bloodline that unites New Balance lovers across the globe.

Down below, ENCAP foam midsole units take on a split white-and-black scheme, while Ndurance rubber outsoles tie everything together via varying shades of grey.
