2020 Jordan Brand will continue to expand on the Air Jordan 9 Retro Boot NRG Black Gum Brown. When it first touched down in 1992, it was like nothing we’d ever seen before; It was the first hoops sneaker to don the now-infamous and widely used 3M reflective tech, and it’s fighter jet-inspired, high-tongued and ultra-padded aesthetic became an instant classic. Now, after seeing a re-issue of the OG “Fire Red 3M” comes this a celebratory “Top Three” Air Jordan 9 Retro Boot NRG Black Gum Brown, which honors the three remaining OG colorways that won’t be seeing a release in 2020.

The black-based pair is centralized around the OG Black Metallic and features elements from the “Black Tongue/Fire Red” at the midsole and PE branding, and “Grape” at the tongue and lace locks. The pair comes complete with a special interior tongue tag that honors the aforementioned colorways.
