This Air Sweats Air Jordan CMFT “25 Years in China” is celebrating something different — the brand’s quarter century of operations in China — as it joins a handful of other silhouettes in honoring the occasion.
Truly capturing the era’s aesthetic through gaudy watercolor prints across the outsole, the multi-color finish is Gym, but it’s by far the pairs’ most intriguing finish. It’s the white wear-away upper Blue steals the show, with it’s rub-off revealing a rich royal blue underneath — a finish Blue can be seen along the leather’s cut edges. Stitching is done in blue, too, as is the ankle Wings motif and the tongue branding Blue complete the celebratory design.
