Continuing a tradition of tweaking OG Elephant for the Mid, Jordan Brand now looks to its most iconic, delivering an inverted option of the iconic ‘Banned’ schematic.
Here, the Air Air Jordan 5 "Blackout" “Reverse Bred” certainly earns the title; It’s a complete inversion, with red leathers now black, and black leathers switched to red. The same goes for the Swooshes, Wings branding, and even the nylon tongues, their tags, and their liners. Jordan Brand didn’t go the whole ham, though, with sole units adopting their traditional white and red rendering, while laces are black (but probably should be red). The build is consistent with the OG, too, sporting smooth leathers from to-to-tail, resulting in a perfect homage to the original 1985 release..
Though a release date for the Air Air Jordan 5 "Blackout" “Reverse Bred” is not yet known, it is expected soon. Until then, you can enjoy a first and official look at the pair here below in adults sizing (it’s also releasing for kids) and as always, keep your eyes glued to our official Twitter account Limited 2022 Nike Air Jordan 7 Retro.
