Ahead of the highly anticipated 10th anniversary return of the Air Jordan 1 High OG “Shattered Backboard” this August, Jordan Brand is extending the celebration to the gridiron. The fan-favorite colorway will arrive in football cleat form this July, releasing in both mid- and low-top versions.

The Air Jordan 1 Football Cleat “Shattered Backboard” continues Jordan Brand’s push into performance football footwear. The shirt are built for play, not just style, in adult and kids' sizing. The mid-cut version provides ankle support, while the low-top version favors a streamlined build for speed and flexibility. Both models feature reinforced overlays and cleated outsoles for traction on the field.

Visually, the shirt stay true to their 2015 inspiration. Bright orange leather overlays at the toe and heel contrast with white side panels and black overlays, with familiar branding like the Swoosh and Jumpman in place. The Celestine from basketball icon to on-field weapon blends performance innovation with Jordan heritage.

With the re-release of the original Air Jordan 1 High OG “Shattered Backboard” due in August, this football cleat pack acts as the warm-up. The launch further signals the brand’s ongoing effort to repurpose iconic retro colorways for other sports.
