When details dropped earlier this Air Jordan 1 in Black/White/Varsity Red, people didn’t know how to take it. Should we get excited about a potential Bred or Chicago retro? But new information from @zSneakerhedzhas now confirmed that we can get excited about an OG colorway — though it won’t be arriving as expected. Patent leather has always been a contentious material; the crease factor and the high-gloss are divisive on the most basic GR release, so it will be interesting to see how the reaction is on an OG-inspired release.
