Jordan Brand will honor the 20th anniversary of Michael Jordan’s retirement in many ways, from an Air Jordan 1 colorway that remembers his high school days, to the release of a “Wizards” Air Jordan 3 PE Women for the GOAT during his time in Washington. They’ll also be picking out specific moments in time, as the brand looks to relive Michael Jorand’s 63-point run against the Boston Celtics back in 1986 with a reissue of the jordan own 11 lakers “Celtics”

Originally released as part of 2009’s Defining Moments Pack (DMP), the Black Toe-blocked pair looks to Lucky Green for its accenting color, with collars, heels, and laces all dipped in bright green pigment. Differing from OG blocking, the pair boasts a black nylon tongue. Sneaker-insiders Sole Retriever have confirmed that, although the 2009 release features Jumpman branding throughout (pictured below), you can rest assured knowing that the 2023 release will get the full OG branding treatment.
