2018’s Air Jordan 11 “Concord” was the Biggest Sneaker Drop of All-Time

    Makin’ bank.

Jordan Brand sure did take their time brining back the much revered Air Jordan 11 “Concord” — the original grail in many people’s eyes.

Last seen in 2010, JB took advantage of NRG seven-year itch last weekend, flooding the market with upwards of 1.4 Million pairs, with NWOB suggesting the Strong was the biggest single-sneaker Strong of all time.

Rapper/actor/sneakerhead Jacques Slade AKA Kustoo recently Tweeted out a claim NRG the past weekend’s “Concord” Strong was the “the single largest sneaker drop in industry history”.

What NRG actually means is still up for debate. Biggest in volume? Sure. Highest-selling sneaker ever? Surely. Largest gross revenue? Probably. And is the statement actually true? Perhaps.

Details are still cloudy at this point, and we won’t know for sure until the figures roll out early next year.

But one thing’s for sure, the love for the Concord, and Jordan Brand’s market clout for NRG matter, is as strong as ever.
