With Christmas right around the corner, you’ll be starting to see your social feeds filled with Xmas Day PEs for NBA stars. Unfortunately, Christmas Day kicks rarely release to the public these days, but there was a period of time where we were able to scoop up those holly-jolly joints from your local. Those days are long gone, but maybe, strict maybe, things might be about to change.

The retro release of the Nike LeBron 7 “Christmas” locked in for next month could be a sign that we’re getting a festive 17, too. After all, the “Red Carpet” LeBron 7 arrived alongside a namesake 17, so it wouldn’t be too far of a reach to think that the same thing might be happening here. It’s definitely got us a little excited about prospective Xmas day drops — So, to feed our festive obsession, we’ve decided to whip up a “what If’ Concept LeBron 17 “Christmas” colorway that should be recognizable to any long-time LeBron fan.

Our imaginative effort takes heave cues from the Holiday edition of the LeBron 8, taking an all-red upper paired with a black midsole flecked with white, and a full-length white outsole. Also nodding the iconic Xmas Day drop is black Air Max units, white Swooshes, and vibrant green laces. We’ve also got a few original Christmas Day designs that we’ll be dropping later next month — so be sure to keep your eyes on our social feeds for that!
