By comparison, the Aussie imprint's take is a lot more tame, opting for straightforward "Cream/Olive Canvas" color-blocking across its mixed-super upper. The GEL-assisted tooling underfoot favors the dark green hue, although it also dons hits of blue throughout the outsole.

Marketing material for the special ASICS GEL-DS TRAINER™ 14 (final and produced by Tamas Keefer and Seb McNamara) positions the collaboration amongst the "scenic route," namely the Australian coastline. As with other work by Temptation Vacation, the inaugural sneaker linkup reminds folks to take a pause every-so-often to enjoy the small, oft-overlooked moments of the day.
