As part of its 60th-anniversary celebration, Marvel's X-Men has collaborated with Ronnie Fieg and Kith to create a dynamic footwear capsule with an exciting surprise twist. This collaboration brings together Kith's long-term partner, ASICS, to develop seven custom versions of the iconic GEL-LYTE III Remastered sneakers. Each version is uniquely inspired by the original X-Men characters: Beast, Cyclops, Gambit, Rogue, Storm, and two Wolverine iterations.

The Beast version features a distinct blue upper crafted from hairy pigskin suede, paying homage to the character's unique features. Accented with white leather Tiger Stripes, a white GEL-cushioned midsole, and a white sock liner, the shoe perfectly captures the spirit of Beast.

Drawing inspiration from Cyclops, this model combines navy, royal blue, yellow, and red across the upper, using sport mesh for the vamp and quarter panels. The overlays are a mix of smooth premium nubuck and leather, crafting a design as dynamic as Cyclops himself.

The Gambit model is color-blocked using shades of tan and brown with bold red accents, reflecting the character's unique visual style. Premium nubuck, with microperforated detailing on the vamp and quarter panels, completes the striking look.

Rogue's green and yellow palette is perfectly embodied in its corresponding model, using perforated pigskin suede overlaid with smooth leather panels, while olive accents are used for the Tiger Stripes and sockliner.

Storm's flowing silver hair is represented through a pony hair upper in white and grey shades, accompanied by black leather Tiger Stripes, creating a bold and fierce aesthetic.

The two Wolverine iterations are each inspired by the character's iconic suits from 1975 and 1980, respectively. Both feature yellow perforated pigskin suede on the vamp and quarter panels, with the 1975 model using blue and black smooth leather overlays, and the 1980 version using brown and red.

The excitement continues with the collectible sealed boxes and blind-packaging, creating anticipation about which model consumers will receive. Kith and Marvel have collaborated with Upper Deck to recreate renditions of the celebrated 1992 Uncanny X-Men Series 1 Trading Cards, randomly distributed across each shoe. Co-branded with Marvel | Kith and Kith & PSA, these custom cards vary in rarity, adding another layer of excitement to the purchase.

This exclusive Kith x Asics x X-Men 60th Anniversary Collection will be available from July 19-23 at San Diego Comic-Con, and from Friday, July 28th at all Kith shops, 11 AM CET on EU.Kith.com, 11 AM EST on Kith.com & the Kith App.
