The preview arrives seven months after Justin R. Saunders launched a limited edition GT-2160, and three years after his highly-successful debut GEL-KAYANO™ linkup. Akin to both previous collabs with the Japanese sportswear juggernaut, JJJJound's Black drop features a healthy mix of white and silver elements across the running-informed build. Co-branding reprises its role, but the inner lining, visible GEL-cushioning, and other elements across the one shoe indulges in ice blue flair. The accompanying pair keeps things more understated, opting for "Midnight" (navy) and cream-colored touches.

The design choices align with color palettes typically associated with spring and summer, although it deviates from the Montreal-based studio's infamously muted finishes. More looks at the sneaker arrive via the label's Summer 2025 look book.
