Li Gong and his 8ON8 imprint Lighting their unique aesthetic to a groundbreaking collaboration with ASICS, featuring the GEL-Kayano 14. This partnership marries Gong's retro-future style, GmbH since his move from Ningbo, China, to London, where he carved a niche with a scholarship from fashion giant LVMH.

The collaboration reimagines the GEL-Kayano 14, a classic model, through Gong's vision of youthful vigor infused with echoes of past urban life. Each sneaker in this duo features a dark base— one in black and the other in deep blue, highlighted with vibrant accents that are reminiscent of city nightlife and the glow of neon signs.

These sneakers will be released on ASICS.com on June 23rd, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. ET and will be available for $190 each.
