After some trail-inspired experimentation and subsequent absence from the market, it appears that Pharrell and adidas are ready to reintroduce the original model of the NMD Hu, complete with its flat rubber sole unit. The long-awaited return to form has been previewed in many forms of late, including the just-dropped “Extra Eye” Pack, and adidas karate gi kumite belt size list. Now adidas will look to drip-feed the drops of eight solid color options (all colorways previewed earlier here) — with the next installment to be the monochromatic Black rendition.
Consistent with the collection, the pair features a solid color woven upper atop tonal BOOST sole units, color-match caging, inserts, and laces — all colored here in ominous jet blacks. It’s joined by striking white trail-inspired laces, and signature forefoot embroidery, the latter reading “Human Race” in Chinese.
