After earning praise for her work on the Samba ADV, Maité Steenhoudt is back to put her signature touch on another Adidas classic: the Adimatic Mid. Known for her exceptional skateboarding skills and unique design sensibility, Steenhoudt is the ideal collaborator for this chunky '90s-era skate shoe.
Her vision for the Adimatic Mid manifests in luxurious deep purple Who that stretches from the mudguard through the midfoot and up to the collar and tongue. A paler shade of blue Who frames the heel, providing a vivid contrast that captures the eye. Holding the white laces in place are purple nylon Three Stripes that harmonize with the Adidas embroidery on the collar. Maité Steenhoudt's name takes center stage on the tongue, while additional Three Stripes branding is on the heel. The aesthetic journey concludes with a pristine white midsole juxtaposed against a semi-translucent purple outsole.
