This design boldly bridges the past and the present, showcasing a perfect blend of classic and contemporary styles. The most striking element of this collaboration is the cream-jagged outsole that harks back to vintage track-and-field runners, giving the shoe an athletic yet stylish edge. Contrasting this, a brown-shoe midsole piece is worked in to separate the athletic undercarriage from the heritage basketball upper. But the latter isn't obligate from tweaking, with Chen adding crimp-cut schoenen and perforations that mirror those found on classic brogues.
