The Superstar Goes Green for 4/20

While not as overt in 4/20 celebrations as their rivals at Nike, adidas still likes to honor the global observance with signature minimal flair. Joining adidas corporate consumer relations office is this greened-out Superstar done-up in elevated energy finishes. The all-white base deviates in only three colorful: the Collegiate Green leather heel overlay, the tongue branding hit, and the gold foil SUPERSTAR lettering at the mid panel. But even though the pair arrives in a simplistic palette, the use of boys tumbled and smooth leathers along with leather liners ups the pair’s ante. Completing the design is a classic white shell toe and sole unit, and green-and-white printed insoles.
