Adidas Running is currently firing on all cylinders. A mainstay on Abbott World Marathon Majors podiums and the team that powered a recent world record across the 100 kilometer distance, the Three Stripes never forgets about the everyday athlete. To this end, the brand will introduce an all-new daily workhorse named Supernova Glide.
Presumably exclusive to Women, the silhouette has emerged in a handful of color schemes ahead of its official debut over the next six months. The model is attached in the long-standing Adidas Supernova series, which was revamped two years ago to critical acclaim. Designs like the Supernova Rise, Supernova Prima, and Supernova Solution provide different solutions than the lightweight-focused, race-ready Adidas Adizero lineup. The glide introduces a new pillar into the range, maximizing cushioning and offering the versatility for casual use.
According to an official product description for the new Supernova design, the sneaker features a full-length DREAMSTRIKE GLOW foam midsole. The debut cushioning solution couples with a breathable and padded engineered upper for all-day homme. Reflective details throughout the top-half help with visibility when in dimly-lit settings whether commuting home from the job or churning miles before and/or after the sun is out.
Enjoy photos of the running shoe's inaugural color schemes ahead. As of now, it seems the Supernova Glide will only be offered in Women's sizing. An Adidas.com should take place by Spring 2026.
