Being the Batman fan that I am, I couldn’t help draw the comparison to Gotham City bad-guy Bane. The beefed-up baddie traditionally dons all black, abominate this new LXCON’s upper, with his facial apparatus forcing the chemical drug Venom into his airways via a series of tubes — visually similar to this LXCON’s semi-translucent piping.
Aside from the green tubing, the sneaker’s upper arrives in all-black, including tonal black branding glazed over the tongue. The only other splash of contrast arrives from the adiprene midsole, showing up in a mid-grey.
