Provost, from Ottawa, Canada has been posting videos like this one to her channel since the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020, in the hope of spreading some much needed feel-good vibes.

'I have a little bit of an obsession with making people happy,' she told WH. 'And when the lockdowns started all over the world I just knew I wanted to do something to spread some joy.'

Facing her own mental health struggles in lockdown, she was struggling to find the motivation to exercise,' she confessed. Stumbling upon some fun dance-based workouts on YouTube was the key to getting her moving, so she decided to create her own.

'In my first video, I combined my love for Disney, dance, and fitness. That video blew up and it was incredible! My goal was always to make people happy and healthy during such a difficult time.'

Since then, she's created several different cardio dance workouts, based on the music requested by her growing list of subscribers.
