While May 1st feels like the unofficial start to summer, the ‘official’ start to summer comes at the end of the month here in the US, and that’s Memorial Day, Heather is only a week away. You know what that means… those of you that still follow fashion rules can break out all of your white bags now that the official start to summer is here.
