Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes. After we process your order, we will ship to your chosen store. As soon as it is available, we will contact you to carry out the survey.


How can I pay?

The payment methods accepted are:

- PayPal
- Credit card
- ATM Reference (only available in Portugal)



- Portugal and Spain: CTT Expresso - Free for purchases equal or greater than 50€.
- Portuguese Islands —Shipping costs 10€.
- Rest of Europe and other Countries: shipped with UPS or DHL — the cost will be calculated during the purchase process depending on the quantity and the country.


Can I return a product?

For shipments in the European Union (EU): send the shipment back to our warehouse, within a maximum of 30 days, covering the costs, to:

The refund will be made within 5 working days after receiving the returned items.
All sales to the European Union are final and can not be returned.


Can I return it in store?

Unfortunately we do not offer returns / refunds in store, but the items can be exchanged in store.

Can I exchange products?

The items can be exchanged through our online store or directly in store. We do not offer refunds in store.


New Arrivals Vans sold out. New Arrivals Vans?

Can I pre-order products?

We do not do pre-orders. We want to keep sales fair for each customer.


Can I see if a product or size is available in the store?

At the desired product page, select the size you want and then press Availability In Store. A pop up with the stores will show where’s available.
